Neon Drift Club goes for pure arcade fun and mostly nails it. Drifting is forgiving enough that you feel like a hero within a few races. You can steer by tilting the phone or with on-screen buttons, and both work, though I preferred the buttons for precision.
Tracks are short and neon-soaked, ideal for a quick blast on the bus. The car unlocks come at a fair pace and nothing felt gated behind endless grinding.
It does push the phone, so expect warmth and faster battery drain during longer sessions. Turn the effects down and it stays reasonable.
